IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees, lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Cook, stir beef and onions until beef is brown. Drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread beef/onion mixture into pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Beat together rest of ingredients until smooth in blender 15 seconds on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean - about 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

NOTE: For a 9 inch pie plate - decrease milk to 1 cup and Bisquick 1/2 cup, 2 eggs.
