SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper
Grated cheddar cheese
Butter (optional)

Mix everything except cheese. Put in a casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10-12. Freezes well.
