SAUSAGE CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar picante sauce (whichever degree of "hotness" you prefer)

In skillet crumble and brown sausage; drain. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and place in microwave bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute on Medium. Continue to microwave on medium in 30 second increments until melted, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in sausage and picante sauce until well mixed. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
