COLE SLAW 
4-5 c. shredded cabbage
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 tsp. turmeric

Boil dressing ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
