TURKEY BREAKFAST MEAT | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. ground sage 1 sm. onion, chopped sm 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. oil Mix all ingredients well. Chill overnight. Form into patties. Fry slowly until brown. Makes 6-8 patties. One patty is 152 calories. |
