Have used this recipe for years. For an apple cobbler, I add cinnamon to the batter and apple pie filling. For cherry, pie filling and almond flavoring in the batter. A quick and easy dessert!

This is by far the easiest and best!! recipe for peach cobbler I have ever tried. And being a transplanted Yankee in the south has really put me up against some fine southern cooks!! Thank you so very much.

When I was a youngster, my aunt would have peaches left over, as all of us kids loved the crust. She just made new crust each night and we had it again. It was great and much easier for her to feed the fast growing six of us.

This was so easy for a non-baker like myself. Would love to try different fruit.
