SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients, then add sausage. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out and stir and top with grated cheese and return for 30 minutes longer. If you use deep dish, adjust time accordingly; deep dish is more moist.
