COLD CRAB SOUP 
12 oz fresh crab
1 1/2 c chicken broth
2 c cucumber, peeled, seed and sliced
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 pint sour cream
3/4 c white vermouth
3/4 t dill
1/2 c green onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients and serve very cold.
