SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
Pastry for pie shell

Mix first, sugar and condiments, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pastry-lined pan. Cover with lattice strips. Bake in very hot oven, 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool.
