WESTERN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
2 c. corn chips, slightly crushed
Celery salt to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chili powder to taste
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown meat; add onion and other spices. Cook until just tender. Drain off excess fat. Add chili and heat. Place layer of chips in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Alternate layers of chili mixture, chips and cheese. Top layer should be chips and cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot through. Serve with chips, corn bread sticks and salad.
