WESTERN CASSEROLE 
1 box macaroni & cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Onion to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Green pepper, chopped (optional)

Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to instructions on box. Brown ground beef and drain fat. Combine all ingredients. Bake in casserole at 375 degrees until heated through or top is crunchy.

NOTE: Peas may be substituted for the corn, if you prefer. Tuna or ham may also be substituted for the ground beef. This can be made by heating in the microwave approximately 15 to 20 minutes on High.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This is so good we always just eat it without baking it. I make this regularly because I always have the ingredients on hand. We call it backyard whoppadoodle because I can never remember the name.
