7-UP SALAD 
Salad:

2 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 sliced bananas
1 c. small marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in water. Add 7-Up. Cool until slightly thickened. Add pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Pour into 13 x 9 inch dish. Chill until firm and spread with topping.

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. grated longhorn cheese

Combine first four ingredients. Cook until thick. Add butter. Cool. Stir in whipped cream. Spread on salad and top with grated cheese.
