SHRIMP MOLD 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked shrimp
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated fresh onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Peel, devein and chop the shrimp and celery. Set these 2 things aside. Then, in a large bowl, cream the cheese and mayonnaise together. Add the gelatin and seasonings; add celery and shrimp. Blend well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart mold and chill several hours. Serve with your favorite crackers. May be wrapped and frozen.
