SALMON PATTIES 
1 lb. can Double-Q
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
4 biscuits (or 4 slices loaf bread)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. shortening

Mix above ingredients well. Divide in 1/4 cup portions and put flat patties about 1/2 inch thick. Heat shortening in heavy skillet, lay in patties and brown slowly on both sides to a rich golden color. Remove to a hot platter and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired. 5 servings.
