SPECIAL K CANDY 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. peanut butter
6 c. Kellogg's Special K cereal
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Mix sugar, Karo syrup and butter; bring to boil in large pan. Add peanut butter; stir until well mixed. Add cereal. Pack into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with chocolate and butterscotch chips melted together. Spread over mix in pan. Let cool. Cut into small squares.
