20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. Gummy Worms

Make pudding in separate bowl using 3 1/2 cups milk. Combine butter, cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add to pudding mixture and fold in Cool Whip. Crush cookies real fine. Put into container of choice (plastic sand pail is great!) Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in container. Start with a layer of cookie crumbs, then a layer of pudding mixture. Alternate layers ending with a layer of cookie crumbs. Decorate with a few Gummy Worms. If desired, Gummy Worms may be added to the pudding mixture. Use plastic shovel for serving. Refrigerate 3 hours. (Quite a unique picnic dessert.)
