HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. pkg. Southern potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. Hellmann's
Corn flakes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. milk
6 slices bacon (fried)

Thaw potatoes in a 9x13 inch dish. Add onions. Mix and heat mayonnaise, cheese and milk until smooth. Pour over potatoes and onions. Top with fried bacon and corn flakes. Bake for 40-45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
