MISSISSIPPI MUD DESSERT BARS 
21 1/2 oz. pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13x9 pan. In large bowl combine all brownie ingredients; beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 33-35 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely.

TOPPING:

1 c. Ready-to-Spread chocolate fudge frosting
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In large bowl stir frosting until creamy and smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spread on cooled brownies. Store in refrigerator.
