CHOCOLATE CHIP MACAROONS 
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until they form peaks. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Spoon onto greased and lightly floured cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until light brown.
