RUBY'S APPLE CRISP 
8 lg. apples, diced
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter (butter)
2 tbsp. granulated sugar

Fill bottom half of 13 x 9 inch pan with diced apples. Sprinkle granulated sugar over apples. Soften butter; add brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon to butter (butter). Make into crumb mixture; sprinkle crumb mixture over diced apples. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on top.
