FARINA PIE 
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil and add:

1 cup farina

Cook until thick. Then add:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon rind
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix well. Pour into a well greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350°F until top is browned. Cool.

Spreadable fruit may be used as a topping.
