SPINACH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
Cheese (Cheddar or American)
Bread crumbs

Cook spinach as on package; drain. Place in casserole dish. Beat in egg; add can of soup (no water) and milk. Mix all together. Sprinkle or place cheese on top; blend bread crumbs. Place a couple of pats of butter on top. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
