SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
16 oz pkg. broccoli cuts
1 c. wide noodles
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt if you wish

Cook broccoli and noodles per package directions; drain. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend soup and milk until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
