TUNA BURGERS 
2 cans tuna fish
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
2 eggs
Bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Drain tuna fish. Mix onions, peppers, eggs and bread crumbs together. Make into patties and saute in butter until patties are brown on both sides. Do not turn until patties are firm enough to flip otherwise they will break.
