SALMON PATTIES 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 saltine crackers, finely crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. butter

Combine salmon and crushed crackers, mixing with fork. Add egg, flour, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 9 patties. Melt butter in frying pan, add patties and cook until brown. Turn and brown on both sides.
