TURKEY SOUP 
Leftover turkey carcus
1 bag carrots
2 onions
2 stalks celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked noodles or rice

Break turkey carcus into small enough pieces to fit in pressure cooker. Pressure cook about 1 hour. Cover carcus with water and slice onion into it. Add salt and pepper and chopped celery. When done, drain liquid and pick meat off bones. Add to liquid, add diced carrots, noodles, rice and cook until vegetables are done.
