HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE | |
1 pkg. 2 layer orange cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. Galliano 2 tbsp. vodka Combine cake mix and pudding. Add eggs, oil, juice, Galliano, and vodka. Beat on low speed 1/2 minutes; medium speed for 5 minutes. Scrape often. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan or two greased 9 inch round pans. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes for 9 inch round pans; 45 minutes for tube pan. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove. Pour on glaze while still warm. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. Galliano 1 tsp. vodka Mix together. |
