1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. peppers
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
5 potatoes
5 slices cheese

Mix hamburger, ketchup, Bisquick, onions, peppers and crackers together. Put bouillon cubes in hot water to dissolve, then pour 1/2 cup into hamburger mixture.

Pat hamburger mixture into a ball and press down. On top of that then put a quarter of a potato and others around it and cook on slow until done. Put cheese on top of potatoes and serve.
