ORANGE BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar

Cut fat from pork chops; place chops in large shallow baking dish; chops do not need to be browned. Combine ingredients and pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
