ANGEL PECAN PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites at high speed to which baking powder has been added. Add sugar slowly, beating until eggs hold peak. Add cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Beat until mixed well. Put into greased 9" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 250 degrees. Let cool for 1 hour, add Cool Whip.
