GEORGIA'S GREEK STEW 
1 lb. steak, beef, veal, lamb cubes, cut into bite-size pieces
1-2 pkg. sm. white frozen onions
Lots of garlic
1 can tomato sauce (lg.)
Alot of pickling spices mixed with cloves placed into a tea strainer or tied in a cloth

Take onions and garlic. Put in 1/2-3/4 cup wine vinegar in a bowl, leave until meat is cooked tender.

Cook meat in alot of butter until brown with a chopped small onion, salt and pepper. Put into a large pot. Add spices in tea strainer, large can of tomato sauce, 2 1/2 sauce cans filled with water to cover the meat fully and cook until meat is real tender. Then add the frozen onions, lots of garlic and vinegar and cook until sauce is thick and onions are done. Serve with slices of French Italian bread to dip.
