EARL'S SOURDOUGH CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast

Mix and let stand 8-10 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In another bowl mix dry ingredients: 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar

Mix well.

To sourdough mixture, add: 2 eggs, beaten until very frothy

Blend well. Add dry ingredients to sourdough mixture. Fold together until well mixed. Do not beat. Immediately pour into well greased 10 inch iron skillet. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
