CUBAN BLACK BEANS 
1 lb. black beans
1 lg. white onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp. powdered garlic
6 spoonfuls olive oil
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 liter of water

Mix beans, water and 2 spoonfuls oil in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Saute chopped onions and chopped green pepper or bell pepper in 4 spoonfuls oil for 5 minutes. Add oregano, garlic, onions and bell pepper into beans. Let it boil for 15 minutes on low heat. Add vinegar to beans and it is ready to be served with white rice and pork chops.
