EASY EGG CASSEROLE | |
6 pieces bread without crusts 1 pt. half and half 6 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 lb. bacon or sausage 8 or 9 eggs 1 tsp. salt Butter bread on both sides and lay in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Fry and crumble bacon or sausage, drain and place on top of bread. Mix eggs, salt, cheese and half and half and spread on top of meat. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
