EASY EGG CASSEROLE 
4 slices bacon
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Lawry's salt
2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. In a large bowl combine bacon, onions, mushrooms, seasonings, cheese, eggs, and milk. Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
