HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. soft butter
Dash white or black pepper
1 thin slice onion, optional
Sliver garlic, optional

Place in blender until smooth. With motor running, gradually add 1/2 cup hot water. Blend smooth again. Cook over hot water stirring constantly, to custard consistency.
