TORTILLA SHELLS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
Water

Mix flour, salt and shortening. Add water to mixture until the consistency of pie dough. Divide into small balls and roll out thin on floured surface. To achieve a round shape, place saucer upside down on dough and cut around it with a knife. Brown in skillet on medium heat in a small amount of shortening. Cool and place in plastic bag until ready to use. Freezes well.
