PATRIOTIC PIE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
20 to 25 strawberries, hulled
1 pt. blueberries
1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust
Whipped cream

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Remove from heat. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill for at least 3 hours (or overnight).

Arrange strawberries in circle around outer edge and one in center of pie. Fill in remaining area with blueberries. Serve with whipped cream.
