1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 carton sm. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Grease a quiche dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
