ROAST GOOSE (WILD) | |
Place in covered roaster with 1/2 inch water in bottom. Stuff goose with sliced oranges or apples or onions or combination. Season to taste inside and outside. Unskinned bird may be covered with bacon. Cook at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done to your pleasure. If need be, baste occasionally; always replace the cover to keep moisture in. If desired, bird can be stuffed with dressing instead of oranges, etc. |
