SAUSAGE AND EGG BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices of white bread (lg. cubes)
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated Cheddar
Mushrooms (optional)

Brown meat (not too dry).

Drain on paper towel.

Mix all other ingredients, add sausage.

Pour into 13x9 greased pan.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for an hour.

(until golden brown)

Cut into squares.
