GLAZED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chunky mixed fruit, drained
4 bananas
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 c. juice from pineapple
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Add juice from oranges if necessary.

Cook pudding according to package directions using the juices instead of milk. Drain all fruit well; add cooled pudding mixture and blend. Chill.

Slice bananas and fold in just before serving. This is a make ahead salad that keeps well.
