6 MILKY WAY® bars
2 sticks of butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Melt MILKY WAY® bars and 1 stick butter in double boiler. Cool. Cream together sugar, 1 stick butter and eggs. Add soda, flour and buttermilk. Stir in MILKY WAY® mixture. Bake at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 sm. can Pet milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (sm.)
1 jar marshmallow creme

Cook butter, milk and sugar together until it forms a soft ball. Stir in chocolate chips and cream. Let cake cool 30 minutes before spreading with icing.
