MANICOTTI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. (or more) grated Mozzarella cheese
1 box manicotti noodles
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (your choice)

Brown ground meat with onion (chopped), garlic powder and parsley. Drain fat, return to pan. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Mozzarella cheese and beaten egg to ground meat. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and cover with a damp cloth while you work. Stuff manicotti noodles with the meat and cheese mixture. Place stuffed noodles in a large baking dish or 2 smaller ones and freeze one at this point. To serve, cover with Ragu sauce and heat in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbly. NOTE: Kids love this.
