1 lb. ground beef
1/2 pkg. smoky link sausage, sliced
1 lg. can mushroom pieces
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
1 pkg. manicotti noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and sausage; drain. Boil manicotti noodles as directed and drain. Add mushrooms and shredded cheese to ground beef and sausage and stuff the noodles with the mixture. Place the noodles in a greased 9 x 13 pan and cover with cheese slices. Put tomato paste and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a slight boil. Pour over cheese slices. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
