SAUSAGE OR BACON QUICHE 
1 lg. pastry shell
1/2 lb. pork sausage or bacon (browned and drained)
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. parsley

Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 for 25 minutes. Let set a few minutes before serving.
