GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen garden peas, slightly thawed
1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 head of lettuce
1 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
1 small can bacon bits

In casserole dish, break and tear lettuce and spread on bottom. Layer peas on lettuce. Separate onion slices and sprinkle on peas. Spread mayonnaise over top. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cover with thin layer of Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
