2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sour cream

Combine butter and flour, blending until mixture is crumbly. Stir in sour cream. Drop by spoonfuls into greased miniature muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven until golden.
