1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Sprinkle of tarragon

Mix together all ingredients. Use to marinate chicken overnight. Grill chicken.
