BBQ EYE OF ROUND | |
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. celery seed 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. tomato catsup 2 c. water Simmer 1/2 hour. Cover eye of round roast and marinate for 6 hours, turning every 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook until the internal temperature of the roast is 160 to 170 degrees. Slice thin, eat on Kaiser rolls. |
